BridgeBuilders International is rooted in orthodox Christian doctrine and stands firmly on the foundational truths of Scripture.
We Believe…
The Holy Scriptures
We believe the Bible to be the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God, our only rule for faith and practice (2 Timothy 3:16-17).
The Godhead
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19; John 1:1-14).
The Lord Jesus Christ
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal return in power and glory (John 1:1-4; 1 Corinthians 15:3-4; Acts 1:11).
Salvation
We believe that salvation is the gift of God brought to man by grace and received by personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, whose precious blood was shed on Calvary for the forgiveness of our sins (Ephesians 2:8-9; Romans 10:9-10).
The Holy Spirit
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life and empowered for service (John 14:16-17; Acts 1:8; Galatians 5:16-25).
The Church
We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ and that all born-again believers are members of the body of Christ, the Church (1 Corinthians 12:12-13; Ephesians 1:22-23).
Prayer and Intercession
We believe in the power of prayer and that God responds to the prayers of His people. We believe believers are called to stand in the gap as watchmen and intercessors (Ezekiel 22:30; 1 Timothy 2:1-4; James 5:16).
Worship
We believe worship is central to the Christian life and that true worship, directed to God alone, invites His presence and shifts spiritual atmospheres (John 4:23-24; Psalm 22:3).
The Family
We believe God established the family as the foundational unit of society, and that the restoration of prayer in the home is essential for national revival (Genesis 2:18-24; Deuteronomy 6:6-9).
Cultural Transformation
We believe Christians are called to be salt and light in every sphere of culture, and that united prayer invites God’s transforming presence into every area of society (Matthew 5:13-16; 2 Chronicles 7:14).
The Blessed Hope
We believe in the blessed hope — the personal, visible return of the Lord Jesus Christ to establish His kingdom (Titus 2:13; Revelation 19:11-16).
Heaven and Hell
We believe in the bodily resurrection of all people, the everlasting conscious blessedness of the righteous, and the everlasting conscious punishment of the wicked (John 5:28-29; Revelation 20:11-15).
Our Doctrinal Stance
BridgeBuilders International is an interdenominational ministry that seeks to unite believers across denominational lines for the purpose of prayer and revival. We embrace the essential doctrines of historic Christianity while honoring the diversity within the body of Christ.
We partner with churches, ministries, and believers from various streams of the Christian faith who share our commitment to Scripture, prayer, and the Great Commission.
